This private residence, in a prime Central London location, consists of one apartment over five floors.  The original building was a mix of flats and offices, which were combined to create one apartment over five floors.  The ground floor was occupied by a restaurant, which remained open throughout the project

Conamar’s role involved demolition and structural alterations, mechanical and electrical services and the co-ordination of finishing trades.

The main challenges faced while completing the project, include scheduling and delivering so many services on a constrained site with difficult access, as well as the complications of working with an existing building.
