Located at Westwood Retail Park in Thanet, this was the first express Costa Coffee drive-through in the South East.

Designed to cater for busy shoppers on the move, we constructed a shell for the new 1,840 sq ft (171 sq m) unit from the foundations up, providing the steel frame, cladding, retaining walls, additional car parking spaces, services and lighting as well as undertaking the landscaping.

Working within a live retail park, as well as sharing the site with other retailers was challenging. We also needed to ensure that we maintained access to the public highway throughout the duration of the works.
