Conamar are proud to be working on the first ever John Reed Gym in the UK and strive to maintain the same standards shown in their European facilities.

Completed in July 2021, this project formed part of the new Crossrail site, which comprises offices and retail. The works formed fit out of 60,000ft2 over two floors to form a high quality gym space. As one of 50 contractors on site, we took part in wider site meetings and coordinated activities, deliveries and logistics with the other contractors. The works required specialist insurances which were obtained prior to works commencing, and we also used off site consolidation centres to manage just in time deliveries to the city centre site.

We are providing all of the new electrical and mechanical fit out to the floors, including all flooring, ceilings, partitions, specialist architectural metalwork, joinery WC’s and lifts. Conamar is also taking the responsibility of installing all fitness equipment into the building.
