This refurbishment has prepared the property for medical occupation. The project included the construction of a new internal passenger lift and shaft, façade alterations, structural

alterations including basement dig out, full internal reconfiguration and new mechanical and electrical installations. Associated work included the extension of new fire and smoke detection systems and the renewal of windows to the associated mews buildings.
