Project Scope
We were appointed to manage Ham Holy Burger and Rossopomodoro’s fit out of two restaurant offerings. Completed to a tight programme, the project took place whilst the store was open, where we had to manage specialist sub-contractors in a confined occupied environment without impacting the surrounding operational John Lewis retail space.
