This Project increased the value of the building by creating two new penthouses on the 7th floor of this central London property.

It involved a mansard roof extension to an existing five storey property consisting of five residential levels located above ground floor retail units. The project was in a very busy area, and in order to reduce congestion during deliveries, we re-engineered the steel frame needed, which allowed us to utilise a smaller crane, which enabled us to crane-in from a smaller local road thus keeping the busier routes free. The flats were wired for the most up to date technology and services, befitting of the luxury that the client wanted to achieve.
