We completed the new £800,000 retail development in Windsor, Berkshire, on behalf of private developer AA Clark. The 7,395 Sq Ft (687 Sq M) development replaced a former petrol filling station on Arthur road in the town centre providing 3 new retail units.

We retained the building’s existing steel frame and created three new retail units with 30 car parking spaces. The project was delivered under a design and build contract.
