We completed the refurbishment and fit-out of the ground and first floor of Saffron Ground for Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust while the support services building remained in occupation. The works included new ventilation and electrical installations, new flooring, ceilings and stud partitioning, as well as redecorating the building.
Our refurbishment of the East & North Hertfordshire Primary Care Trust’s Bull Plain Clinic included repairs to the building’s roof, chimneys, walls, ceilings and glazing. We also upgraded the mechanical and electrical services, as well as fully redecorating all internal and external walls.
