For this project, our Client wished to bring the ground back into use for the community through the creation of a new build football ground for adult and youth teams, schools and other community groups.

Centered around a 3G artificial grass pitch, which was designed and built to Football Association (FA) standards, the new purpose-built accommodation included a new clubhouse, stands, dugouts and cycle stores.

The scheme also includes new offices for Surrey County Football Association and new facilities for the wider community, including a café and children’s soft play area.
