This project comprised of the conversion and extension of a former Ministry of Justice building to form a 110 bedroom Premier Inn together with external works and drainage. Imagile Group
Refurbishment & Fit Out
This project is an excellent example of our ability to deliver an accelerated programme of works to meet a client’s requirements. To meet the client’s funding conditions, we accelerated the pre-construction period, undertaking design development, pricing and mobilisation in just 4 weeks and an 18 week programme to meet a 9 week period. We achieved this using a direct award procurement through one of our framework agreements, and working 24/7 on site. This was particularly logistically complex, as works were carried out around the live A&E department.
Transport for London
Refurbishment, London
The works comprise both external and internal refurbishment of the existing Victoria Arcade, comprising strip-out of the existing tenant fixtures and fittings; capping off incoming services; new electrical and water supplies; repair and redecoration works to the external facades and arcade thoroughfare.
