We carried out the total refurbishment of a derelict three-storey building to create a new staff restaurant for TTP Com at Melbourn Science Park in Hertfordshire.

The project required extensive underpinning and the creation of a glazed extension for additional restaurant seating as well as new kitchens, client shower and changing rooms and extensive landscaping.

All the works were undertaken in a live business location, in close proximity to other building works taking place at the same time.
