This project resulted in transforming a disused Grade II* listed building into a new reception, offices and drama studio for the school. By installing new interior walls and ceilings we created a modern reception area, and offices for the senior team as well as a medical room and kitchen area.

The building was rewired with data cabling and mechanical and electrical services. Bespoke windows and external doors were fitted and new gates were installed providing a new entrance for students, staff and visitors. Listed requirements meant that refurbishment works could not touch or damage any part of the buildings frame.

The project has given the school valuable extra space and brought the admin function together in one place, ensuring that the building will be practical for many years to come.
