Bringing a number of council services under one roof for the first time, Conamar undertook the refurbishment of an open-plan office building for Essex County Council – the Council’s first experience of partnering.

Acting as main contractor, we undertook all refurbishment and fit out works, which included all new mechanical and electrical installations.

It was the first time in ten years that a Council project had completed on time and within its budget and this success led directly to further work for the client.
