Raynsford Academy

Currently on-site, we are providing works to the Raynsford Academy to three areas: creating a new single storey stand-alone teaching block, formation of a MUGA pitch along with external works to form car parking space and pedestrian access, and alterations to the existing main school buildings.

The construction works are being carried out during live school hours, and although some of the alterations to the existing buildings are being done during the holidays, we are still ensuring that safety is the top priority for all other site users.

Conamar has extensive experience with working in live environments, and during this particular project, we have set up our compound and segregation measures to safeguard other site users, which include tree removal and new temporary access arrangements.

Furthermore, we have distributed newsletters out to all neighbours, teachers and parents to notify them of the works and maintain total transparency of the project.

All works will be carried out in accordance with CDM regulations 2015. During this project we have used our long standing relationship with pre-vetted subcontractors to deliver the M&E works across the site, including the external lighting and main cabling in the main building in line with our commitment to the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
