This project involved the major external refurbishment of a retail park, both to upgrade the buildings and improve the overall appearance of the area, to make it safer and more attractive for staff and shoppers alike.
The works included re-tiling the roofs, the erection of entrance canopies to all units, renewing the paved walkway, provision of new signage and upgrading all external lighting.
