Conamar has completed a multi-million refurbishment of a private residential property comprising five flats over five floors on Baker Street, W1, close to Regent’s Park.

Conamar’s role involved demolition and structural alterations, mechanical and electrical services and the co-ordination of finishing trades. Challenges faced while completing the project included scheduling and delivering so many services on a constrained site with difficult access, as well as the complications of working with an existing building.
