Conamar has completed work on a new teaching and learning facility for Westminster School, London on Douglas Street in London SW1.

The £241,000 project included new staff accommodation, a dining room, library and teaching spaces.

Working for FCB Studios, Conamar carried out an enabling works package to the previously vacant building which included demolition, strip out including all services, demolition and creation of a lift and shaft and new drainage installation.

Neil Dower, Managing Director of Conamar said: “The new building will provide staff and students with improved accommodation and modern teaching and learning environments and we were pleased to be able to help deliver the project.”
