Conamar has completed the £1.5m refurbishment work of four Grade II* listed Victorian townhouses at 16-19 Southampton Place in London WC1, project managed by Hanover Cube on behalf of Holborn Links Limited.

Conamar reconfigured the buildings’ internal layouts and undertook a full installation of comfort cooling/heating and electrics. The buildings were completely redecorated and all works were carried out in line with the strict constraints placed on Grade II* listed buildings.

The Holborn Links estate is a 4 acre estate with a portfolio including office, retail, residential and educational properties.
