Conamar has completed two fit out programmes for John Lewis’s Peter Jones and Oxford Street shops, introducing new concepts into a number of departments.
At Peter Jones in Sloane Square, Conamar installed new concepts in the menswear, home vision and consumer electronics department and created a completely new candle shop. As well as the new shop fit designs, the first floor menswear department has been expanded to include more sales space and extra fitting rooms and the consumer electronics will include a ‘tech office’ to provide bespoke advice for customers.
At Oxford Street, Conamar worked on the fourth floor, which includes children’s fashion, schoolwear, nursery, and haberdashery and craft departments, to introduce new designs and increase sales areas by reconfiguring the space and reducing the size of two stock rooms.
Neil Dower, Managing Director of Conamar said: “This was a tight programme, working across two flagship stores in a live environment to deliver the new concept for John Lewis, but the results will provide a more efficient and more attractive environment for shoppers in good time for Christmas trading.”
