Conamar has completed a new tyre fitting facility in Dereham, Norfolk, for Kwik Fit, the UK’s leading automotive repair company.

Conamar constructed a new 3,982 sq ft (370 sq m) building over two storeys with a landmark curved steel roof. The building has new tyre fitting and laser wheel alignment facilities, storage spaces for new and used tyres, a reception area and staff welfare area.

The works included the provision of new foul and surface drainage, new foundations, steel framework, brickwork and blockwork walls up to steel cladding below the new steel roof, curtain walling to two elevations, a new mezzanine floor and staff and customer toilet facilities.
