The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Conamar to handle the £0.45m refurbishment work at 32 Devonshire Place, in London W1, close to Regent’s Park.

Conamar will complete internal refurbishment work on the three-bedroom flat including sound proofing, restoring marble fireplaces, re-wiring the electrics and fitting bespoke kitchen and cabinetry. Further works will also include fitting parquet flooring on the first and second floors as well as redecorating and completing external repairs.

The estate owns, leases and manages the majority of the 92 acres of real estate in Marylebone which comprises the area from Marylebone High Street in the west to Robert Adam’s Portland Place in the east and from Wigmore Street in the south to Marylebone Road in the north.

Neil Dower, Managing Director of Conamar said: “Once refurbished, 32 Devonshire Place will become a contemporary three-bedroom residence situated in one of the most sought after London areas. We are really pleased to be able to help deliver this project for the Howard de Walden Estate.”
