After a year of consultation all consents are now in place and the contracts signed for the delivery of the2no new penthouse apartments with views reaching over the park land of Buckingham Palace. The contract period is 44 weeks from the 17th may 08. The project value is approx 1.2M
We are in the final phase to complete works on the property for the Prince of Saudi, the 2nd fix finishes now give the property some real purpose with its ornate cornice features and high end specification through out.
A project sponsored by the Catholic Church to extend the existing Pugin rooms by carefully matching the finishes of the new building with the existing buildings on the site. The shell and roof trusses to the new build extension are complete with the flint and brickwork structures in keeping with the surrounding finishes.

Conamar are carrying out the extension and alterations to the Grade 2 Listed Shafford Stud Cottage on the Childwickbury Estate, St Albans. The estate was home to the late film director Stanley Kubrick hailed for his cinematic masterpieces such as ‘A Clockwork Orange’ and ‘The Shining’.
Conamar were the shirt sponsors for the annual Cambridge college team Girton; on their tour to Ireland. The tour was deemed to be a great success with the team winning the silver trophy. Only a few shirts were ruined due to Guinness spillages!
