John O´Donnell
John is one of Conamar´s contracts directors, and has spent over 17 years working on retail sector fit-outs, mostly for John Lewis and Waitrose stores. He has the proven ability to deliver multi-million pound projects on time and within budget and his relationship-building skills, internally and externally, are of the highest order.
Together with fellow contracts director Gary Madgin, John has responsibility for project acquisitions and management from concept to completion. So his involvement doesn´t end after the preparation of estimates, bids and tenders, but continues through project planning, construction and up to handover. He ensures that all our strict policies and procedures are followed to the letter. In this way, our teams, our supply chain and our clients benefit from a clear and consistent leadership approach.
