As a family-owned business, our health & safety policies are not just determined by legislative requirements, but by a genuine care and interest in our employees´ safety and welfare.
Our safety record is continually improving, with fewer incidents and better lost-time injury performance year on year. We take a proactive approach, undertaking risk assessments before any work begins to identify potential hazards and design working schedules to minimise them, and encourage our staff to take ownership of health & safety issues. Open communication is crucial, and as well as memos, posters, weekly briefings and toolbox talks we have a two-way communications process allowing all staff to feed back information, ideas and concerns.
