Gary Madgin
Gary is one of Conamar´s contracts directors. He´s one of our home-grown success stories, climbing the Conamar ranks from the ground up. An established team player with a strategic, long-term view, he has been vital to the delivery of many of our projects within short timescales and tight budgets.
Along with John O´Donnell, our other contracts director, Gary is involved in project acquisitions and management. He´s involved at the earliest stages of identifying opportunities, through the bidding and tender process, and has an ongoing and hands-on role in project delivery. That involvement doesn´t just span supply chain management, health & safety compliance and quality management, but means being a continual point of client contact to ensure the integrity of any Conamar building scheme.
