Conamar Maintenance
Conamar Maintenance handles planned, reactive and responsive maintenance works for a variety of clients. Invariably these take the form of long-term contracts, some on a partnering basis.
Housing associations and local authorities are Conamar Maintenance´s core clients. We have a lengthy history in public housing stock maintenance, including planned improvements and reactive call-outs, and we number Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and Howard Cottage amongst our current clients.
Dedicated full-time teams are put in place to cover contracts and, in addition to public sector buildings maintenance, we have a number of large pharmaceutical, defence and NHS clients who rely on us for their building services maintenance.
Special Projects is a Conamar Maintenance division which carries out local specialised building works for Conamar Maintenance clients, but also takes on housing projects for private clients. Our in-house expertise and capability usually means we have no need to subcontract work, guaranteeing quality, responsiveness and accountability.
