Conamar Building Services is the construction arm of the business. We carry out building projects ranging in size and scale from small specialised refurbishments to multi-million pound design and build contracts.
As design and build contractors, we are flexible enough to undertake contracts using our own in-house designers, or in collaboration with architects, many of whom return to us time and time again. Our project management approach when working as main contractors on construction projects is one of partnership. We take the time to understand our clients´ every need and every stipulation, and ensure that all levels of the supply chain are involved at the earliest appropriate stages. Open communication engenders trust and shared responsibility, and our lengthy relationships attest to the success of this approach.
We are also refurbishment and fit-out specialists. Frequently operating in live environments, we´ve built a reputation for reliability, safety and quality. Our highly skilled, in-house joinery division provides completely bespoke internal and external fittings.
Our client list for refurbishment and fit-out works includes schools, universities, hospitals, offices, retail outlets, supermarkets and pharmaceutical laboratories, and we undertake repeat work for clients the length and breadth of the country.
