Con Dower
Con is Conamar´s founder and chairman. He began C Dower Flooring, an industrial flooring company, over 25 years ago and thanks to his dedication, leadership, emphasis on quality and dynamic, entrepreneurial vision, Conamar Building Services has been highly successful.
Con plays a largely strategic role in our company´s operations, but conducts regular meetings and project reviews with all members of the management team to ensure that together we continue to deliver on our promises. Con´s overriding belief is in developing an ethos of trust and partnership, a philosophy which has shaped Conamar´s development. From the earliest days, he committed to welcoming technological advances and sourcing the best team to achieve his vision of a more efficient, profitable and trustworthy building group.
